Description of dressing

The technology of dressing at the moment is one of the most popular technologies of drawing the image on various surfaces. This technology allows to imitate with a photographic accuracy a surface of a tree, marble, granite, and also drawings of any subject.

Drawing the image is made from special decorative films at high temperature. Such process is called "sublimation". Sublimation dressing is considered rather new type of finishing finishing of a surface the basis for which the polymeric and powder covering forms. At the expense of penetration depth, unlike lamination, drawing can't be erased, torn off or unstuck as there is a diffusion of paint in a blanket to formation of monolithic structure. Drawing doesn't manage to be removed so-called "skin" up to a basis (aluminum).

The decorated aluminum shape has big advantages before other materials which are applied to production of translucent constructions:
1. Keeps all advantages of the aluminum shape: ease and thus the high bearing ability, environmental friendliness.
2. Durability of the material and durability of a covering.
​​3. Perhaps various dressing of the different parties of one profile. So, for example, the outer side of a profile can be decorated under granite, and internal - under the invoice of a tree. Combinations on a combination of painting of a profile to dressing of internal and external surfaces are almost not limited - everything depends on the imagination of Customers and plans of architects and designers.

The decorated profile can be used in architectural designs, at production of furniture, for registration of interiors, etc.

Indispensable condition for transfer of the image on a basis is existence of a provisional polymeric cover on its surface.

In the beginning drawing in mirror display is formed by ink on the intermediate carrier, as a rule, it is a sublimation film. A product (the aluminum shape or a leaf), with previously created on it is mute a polymeric powder covering, turn in this film. A profile in "package" have on the mobile cart and by means of vacuum system delete all available air under a film. Dense contact of a film with the decorated product is provided to these. The cart with the prepared profiles is placed in a heat chamber where there is a dressing. The product is left in a heat chamber within several minutes at a temperature of 180-190°C.

Under the influence of heat and pressure there is a transition of ink from a firm state in the gaseous. Pigments from a film are transferred to densely pressed polymeric covering with penetration of dye in its structure where they hold the same position, as well as on an initial film. After cooling of the decorated product the film is removed also the product decorated under the invoice of a tree or a stone is ready for operation in any climatic conditions.
