D40 system of internal partitions and doors

The system of the D 40 profiles is intended for production internal the glass stops of the partititions and doors of a wide range of application without thermal-bridge. Doors can be: - one panel; - double panel; - opening inside; - opening outside; - with the glass stop; - without glass stop (only odnopolny); - with an unary glazing of 4 mm or 6 mm; - with a glass unit of 24 mm; - with a threshold or without threshold; - balcony (with rotary and folding accessories). Thickness of a door cloth - 40 mm. Filling 4 mm, 6 mm or 24 mm thick nestles through self-adhesive a sealant on a cloth or an impost of a door by means of special clamping glass stop. Between glass stop and filling the wedge-shaped sealant is established. Doors oar are made of profiles of Sobinco having "eurogroove" for accessories, Roto, Siegenia, Savio, Fapim, Stublina, KinLong, etc. Doors can be built in any partition or a facade by means of a special profile of a door box or fasten in a separate aperture.
Using rotary and folding accessories it is possible to make "window" of door profiles or a balcony door. At production of doors we recommend to use door loops for "eurogroove" in profiles (for example series 2800 Sobinco). The threshold only 3 mm high is in the doorway used.
Labor input of production of doors of the D 40 series decreases for the account: applications of standard connecting elements – inserts, the leveling plates, simple operations of assembly of angular connections "on screws", installations of door loops in the "eurogroove" which isn't demanding additional processing, application of self-adhesive and wedge-shaped sealants.
D 40 aluminium series profiles are pressed from an alloy of AlMgSi 0,5 (6060, 6063) and according to DIN EN 573. This alloy is steady against corrosion and allows to make profiles of high precision of DIN 755. The sizes of profiles can change within admissions of the sizes and thickness according to requirements of DSTU B B.2.6.-3-95 (GOST22233), UNI 3879, DIN 755, DIN 17615.
Covering of the aluminium profiles – powder enamels not less than 70 microns thick on all visible surfaces, it agrees with the international scale of RAL colors or other special flowers. The covering is put in the electrostatic way with polymerization at a temperature of 160-200 C. Preliminary preparation of a surface of the aluminum shape before a covering – chromatizing; or anodizing - drawing an oxidic layer 6 microns thick in the electrochemical way – An. Oks.6.
Perhaps colourless anodizing – An. Oks.21, or other colors – under the order. Sealants – elastomeric profiles are used for consolidation: glasses, sandwich-panels, connection of a cloth of a door with a box, for creation of thermal and sound barriers, for sealing from moisture hit outside. Material – EPDM, or porous EPDM. Sealant is kept by the properties in the environment of air at any kinds of atmospheric action in the range of temperatures not already than from –30 to the +60th C. The accessories – are focused on the "eurogroove" executed in profiles of doors are allow to apply qualitative accessories of the leading European firms to doors of this kind. Fasteners need to be used only from corrosion-proof material. The sizes the amount of cutting of profiles specified in the catalog are theoretically exact. The recommended admission for frame elements of +0,5 mm, for folding –0,5 mm. Adjunctions – the presented knots of connections of ready constructions with apertures aren't obligatory. They can be considered, as standard solutions of the problem of installation of constructions. At determination of the sizes of apertures it is necessary to consider the following factors: wind pressure indoors, the moments of inertia of profiles, the sizes and weight of glass or filling, the sizes of the opened shutters, the bearing ability of accessories, type and number of fastenings to the bearing constuctions. Settlement ambient temperature is defined on Construction Norms and Regulations 2.01.01-82 "Construction climatology and geophysics". Humidity is defined on Construction Norms and Regulations of II-3-79 "Construction equipment".
