The TV2-48 system is intended for a vertical glazing of external facades of buildings of first floors, with various external and internal angles of rotation, horizontal tape apertures at any height, balconies, loggias, and also internal partitions.

This system possesses a number of features:

1) Racks and crossbars – profiles from of the same kind can also be interchangeable.

2) Aluminum shapes of racks and crossbars are optimized on the minimum weight and the maximum moments of inertia from the accounting of opportunities of modern technologies of pressing.

3) Knots of connection of crossbars with racks to a necessary minimum for vertical designs of the first floor up to 5 m high without possibility of joining of racks on height are simplified.

4) Width of front part of profiles from within a design – 48 mm, and outside – 44, 48 or 50 mm.

5) Filling of designs can be ranging from 1 mm to 38 mm.

6) A crossbar of TV2-48 system can connect to T48 racks:

The aluminum T48 series profiles are pressed from an alloy of AlMgSi 0,5 (6060, 6063) and according to DIN EN 573. This alloy is steady against corrosion and allows to make profiles of high precision of DIN EN 755. The sizes of profiles can change within admissions of the sizes and thickness according to requirements of DSTU B B.2.6.-3-95 (GOST22233), UNI 3879, DIN EN 755, DIN 17615.
