TP-38 system - essentially new development of the Talisman company. It allows to make inside partitions (office) as with an unary glazing (TPO-38), with double (TPD-38) and the mixed options.

At creation of system offers and recommendations of the companies processors and assembly organizations that gave the chance to develop the product possessing a complex of unique qualities and original decisions were considered.

Advantages of system:

• The best price. The system has to itself no analogs at the price in the Ukrainian market.

• The minimum set of profiles in system (optimization of a warehouse). For assembly of a partition (depending on a configuration and type of filling) you will need only 2-3 articles of profiles.

• The maximum speed of installation (especially when filling in one glass) as there is no need to process and hang on a rack additional profiles on each side. The number of operations of processing of a profile is 1,5-2 times less, than at analogs.

• Processing of profiles directly on object. In shop only the door is processed.

• Simplicity of assembly and technological effectiveness. Cut only at right angle. Sealants  don't need to roll (are used self-adhesive). Minimum quantity of points of interface. The elementary accessories. Wide range of adjustments.

• Possibility of use of heavier fillings and glasses of the bigger area. It is caused by that filling leans not on a transom, and on an assembly element – a crosspiece, and its weight it is distributed on a vertical element – a rack. The transom actually carries out especially decorative function.

• Wide nomenclature of fillings. In deaf parts and shutters of doors it is possible to establish filling 4-10 mm thick in one or two layers, thickness vary selection of the corresponding sealant. In shutters of doors it is also possible to establish a glass unit 24 mm thick.

• Simplicity of installation of blinds. The design allows to install systems blinds not only in deaf parts, but also in shutters of doors between glasses. Thus standard blinds are used.

• Possibility of additional reduction in cost of a partition. As the transom doesn't bear loading from filling weight, when filling in one glass as a transom it is possible to use narrower profile with a width of shelf of 27 mm that considerably will reduce the price of a construction.

• Fasteners (crosspieces and clips) are delivered in finished form, have grooves for adjustment and don't require additional machining at installation.

• There is no danger to break glass at installation of covers. The cover is easily latched from above on clips (it it isn't necessary as in some systems, to hammer inside with a lump hummer), thus it directly doesn't contact to glass.

• Wide color scale of the profiles applied in system. Standard options of a covering of covers – powder painting of RAL9006, RAL9016, RAL8017 or anodizing. At the request of the customer coloring of covers in any color of a scale of RAL is possible.

                                                                   



The framework of partitions gathers from the profile which is cut off under 90z by means of the holder who it is possible to fix on a profile on - to a place. The end face of each transom is fixed on a rack by means of one holder (TPO-38) or two holders (TPD-38) on self-tapping screws.

Glass or other filling 3, 4, 6, 8 or 10 mm thick is established through basic linings on holders who hold a partition framework, and is fixed by means of standard PVC - clips. On clips after installation of filling the decorative aluminum cover which gives to all construcions finished look are latched.

Features of internal partitions of TP-38:

• transoms in the construction of partitions don't bear loading from filling weight, and perceive only wind pressure;

• fixing of filling by means of standard PVC clips doesn't demand installation of external sealants;

• a rack and a transom - from one profile that is part of the waste-free production technology of partitions;

• use of the new decision of the holder of filling in partitions allows to establish filling with a big weight; the holder gives load from filling weight only to a rack;

• lack of processings on the visible party of racks and transoms allows to reuse framework details, changing (or leaving) partition drawing;

• production of a framework of a partition can be made on - to a place – processing of a profile consists in a scrap under 90s and drilling on - to a place of openings under the holder and clips;

• assembly of a framework of a partition doesn't depend on sequence of installation of racks, and transom it is possible to kill on - to a place;

• the decorative cover is easily latched on PVC clips and doesn't concern glass;

• in a framework of partitions doors and windows are established;

• in TPO-38 the rotary rack on 90z gathers from standard profiles of a rack and a small transom.

Self-adhesive a sealant from porous EPDM with different working thickness allow to apply fillings in partitions to 10 mm.

The aluminum pipe ø60 of mm is used for corners of turns of a partition from 90z to 270z, and also serves for X - and Y - figurative connection of partitions among themselves.

In the bottom of and at the top of a rack of a partition can be fixed by one of three ways:

• "on a transom" through the holder or a special insert;

• "on a "pure" floor" through a special insert;

• "on the supports".

Application, as one of three ways of fixing of a rack, such combinations among themselves depending on a condition of a surface of a floor and a ceiling is allowed.

The crack between a partition and a floor (ceiling) pressurizes a number of the sealants inserted into the lower (top) transom.

D40 series doors the oar odnopolny and dvupolny are made of profiles of Sobinco having "eurogroove" for accessories, Roto, Siegenia, Savio, Fapim, etc.

TP-38 aluminum profiles series are pressed from an alloy of AlMgSi 0,5 (6060, 6063) and according to DIN EN 573. This alloy is steady against corrosion and allows to make profiles of high precision of DIN EN 755.

The sizes of profiles can change within admissions of the sizes and thickness according to requirements of DSTU B B.2.6.-3-95 (GOST22233), UNI 3879, DIN EN 755, DIN 17615.

The covering of aluminum shapes – powder enamels not less than 70 microns thick on all visible surfaces, agrees with the international scale of RAL colors or other special flowers. The covering is put in the electrostatic way with polymerization at a temperature of 160-200 C.

Preliminary preparation of a surface of the aluminum shape before a covering – chromatizing; or anodizing - drawing an oxidic layer 6 microns thick in the electrochemical way – An. Oks.6.

Perhaps colourless anodizing – An. Oks.21, or other colors – under the order.

Sealant – elastomeric profiles are used for consolidation: glasses, sandwich-panels, connection of a cloth of a door with a box, for creation of thermal and sound barriers, for sealing from moisture hit outside. Material – EPDM, or porous EPDM. Sealant is kept by the properties in the environment of air at any kinds of atmospheric action in the range of temperatures not already than from –30 to the +60th C.

The accessories – are focused on the "eurogroove" executed in profiles of doors are allow to apply qualitative accessories to doors of firms of this kind: "Sobinco", "Fapim", "Stublina", etc.

Fasteners need to be used only from corrosion-proof material.

The amount of cutting of aluminum shapes specified in the catalog is theoretically exact. The recommended admission for frame elements of +0,5 mm, for folding –0,5 mm.

Adjunctions – the presented knots of connections of ready constructions with apertures aren't obligatory. They can be considered, as standard solutions of the problem of installation of constructions.

The choice of racks and transoms needs to be made on the basis of predesign of static loadings which detailed description is provided in section 381W of the catalog is will make your construction  safer and will help to avoid an excessive consumption of materials.

At determination of the sizes of apertures and a choice of profiles it is necessary to consider the following factors: wind pressure indoors, the moments of inertia of profiles, the sizes and weight of glass or filling, the sizes of the opened shutters, the bearing ability of accessories, type and number of fastenings to the bearing designs.

Settlement ambient temperature is defined on Construction Norms and Regulations 2.01.01-82 "Construction climatology and geophysics".

Humidity is defined on Construction Norms and Regulations of II-3-79 "Construction equipment".
