T48 facade system

T48 system profiles is intended for production the constructions, for glazing the facades of the buildings, dome-shaped and concave constuctions as thermal protected, and without thermal protection, and also internal partitions.

Features of this system are:

1. Racks and transoms as which the same profiles can use;

2. Special sealant on the racks and transoms providing reliable sealing and moisture branch from the internal camera;

3. Width of front part of the profiles inside the construction – 48 mm, and outside – 44 mm;

4. Filling of the construction can be any ranging from 1 mm to 50 mm;

5. In the construction can be instalated:

a) windows of a special purpose:

- FOM, TON facade windows with opening outside, S60F -with opening inside;

- FOM dormer-window;

- HOP semi-structural window;

b) doors of external and internal opening;

c) systems of ventilation.

6. System of ventilation of internal cameras and moisture branch.

7. Compensation of temperature expansion on racks, transoms and clamping levels.

T48 aluminum series profiles are pressed from an alloy of AlMgSi 0,5 (6060, 6063) and according to DIN 1725. This alloy is steady against corrosion and allows to make profiles of high precision of DIN 1748.

The sizes of profiles can change within admissions of the sizes and thickness according to requirements of DSTU B B.2.6.-3-95 (GOST22233), UNI 3879, DIN 1748, DIN 17615.

The covering of aluminum shapes – powder enamels not less than 70 microns thick on all visible surfaces, agrees with the international scale of RAL colors or other special flowers. The covering is put in the electrostatic way with polymerization at a temperature of 160-200 C.

Preliminary preparation of a surface of the aluminum shape before a covering – chromatizing; or anodizing - drawing an oxidic layer 6 microns thick in the electrochemical way – An. Oks.6.

Sealant – elastomeric profiles are used for consolidation: glass units, glass, sandwich-panels, connection of a shutter with a box, for creation of thermal and sound barriers, for sealing from moisture hit outside. Material – EPDM. Sealantsi is kept by the properties in the environment of air at any kinds of atmospheric action in the range of temperatures not already than from –30 to the +60th C.

The accessories – are focused on executed in profiles of the eurogroove windows and a distance of 17 mm (FOM, TON, HOP window) between a box and a shutter in an installation site of accessories are allow to apply qualitative accessories to windows of the Belgian company "Sobinco" of this kind and English company "Securistyle". Selection of accessories and check of its working capacity according to drawings of a window is made for a window directly in these firms.

Fasteners need to be used only from corrosion-proof material.

The amount of cutting of aluminum shapes specified in the catalog is theoretically exact. The recommended admission for frame elements of +0,5 mm, for folding –0,5 mm.

Adjunctions – the presented knots of connections of ready designs with apertures aren't obligatory. They can be considered, as standard solutions of the problem of installation of designs.

The choice of racks and crossbars needs to be made on the basis of predesign of static loadings which detailed description is provided in section 148W of the catalog is will make your design safer and will help to avoid an excessive consumption of materials.

At determination of the sizes of apertures and a choice of profiles it is necessary to consider the following factors: the wind loading, the moments of inertia of profiles, the sizes and weight of glass or filling, the sizes of the opened shutters bearing ability of accessories, type and number of fastenings to the bearing designs.

Wind and snow loading is defined on Construction Norms and Regulations 2.01.07-85 "Loadings and influences". For approximate calculations and speed of search of value of real wind loading we recommend to use the table of wind loadings in section 148W made by us for II. Taking into account coefficients of the district, height of the building, a pulsation of a wind 36 m are higher than III and IV regions of Ukraine.

Settlement ambient temperature is defined on Construction Norms and Regulations 2.01.01-82 "Construction climatology and geophysics".

Humidity is defined on Construction Norms and Regulations of II-3-79 "Construction equipment".

Glass units need to be made according to the sizes of spaces from the center of a rack and a transom specified in our catalog. Otherwise it can sseking out of the distances of the glass unit from under a sealant, or on the contrary - the glass unit won't enter a front aperture.

To shutters and deaf apertures of the facades more than 10 m high with an area of glass more than 1 sq.m it is necessary to apply the strengthened glass: 1) red-hot, 2) glass with the processed edges; or glass with protective films.
