TVM 60F system is intended for a glazing of external facades of buildings inside. Visible width of profiles outside makes 60 mm, and step transition of the sizes from 60 mm to 22 mm symmetrically concerning axes of racks and transoms is visible from within.

The basis of system is made by the combined profiles consisting of two aluminum shapes connected among themselves by means of two thermoinserts from the polyamide reinforced by fiber glass.

Feature of this front system of profiles is opportunity to glaze an external facade inside, and also the original design inside and knot of connection of transom rack allows the installation consistently or parallel-consistenly

This front system provides installation of windows and doors are opened inside and outside, ventilating grates.

The sizes specified in the catalog, inertial characteristics, weight and perimeters of profiles are theoretical and can change depending on admissions on the sizes of profiles.

 

Advantages of application of TVM 60F:

• installation the facades is made from within the building;

• for installation the outrigger scafold aren't required;

• increase the safety of works;

• possibility of consecutive and parallel-serial installation of a rack-mount and transom framework;

• possibility of installation of racks and transoms "on - to a place" is provided;

• simplicity the operation of the facade and replacement of glass-units inside;

• original design of the façade`s framework inside;

• increase of resistance of transoms to wind loadings at the expense of relative increase in the moment of inertia (in comparison with T50 and T48);

• possibility of adjustment of the bearing arms in three directions;

• simplicity of processing of a rack and transom, simplicity of their fastening;

• higher rates of thermoresistance, than at the majority of front systems at the expense of the thermal-bridge 34 and 48 mm long which is rolled up in a profile.
