Calculation programme

For the purpose of acceleration of calculation of cost of orders, the Talisman company introduces the new TalSoft software product. The program is on a closing stage of development, passes a stage of debugging and tests.

The TalSoft program is intended for calculation the Talisman aluminum profile systems constructions. The program allows to accompany orders, since stages of the preliminary miscalculation, calculation of the specification of materials, providing the offer and finishing with optimization of cutting of profiles and delivery of tasks for production the construction  in shop.

The TalSoft software product allows to count windows, doors, partitions, stained-glass windows and facades, and at calculation facade constuctions are considered wind and snow loadings. Recently works on control of the ventilated facades are conducted.

The programme counts necessary quantity of a profile and accessories (a sealant, inserts, a hardware, etc.) necessary for production the construction, and also there is a possibility of selection of various sets of accessories (Fapim, Stublina, KIN LONG, etc.)

Main functions of the TalSoft software product:

- Creation the construction  various complexity;

- Visual representation of the calculated construction with exact sizes;

- Calculation the cost of constructions;

- Automatic calculation of wind and snow loadings

- Optimization of cutting of profiles;

- Printing of the offer;

- Formation of production documents;

- Export of calculation to Excel;

- Export/import of a premium design of AutoCAD

- Automatic updating.

 

After creation of the construction we can receive the following types of documents:

- The order of material (contains necessary quantity of bars of a profile and accessories);

- Internal expense (contains quantity of a profile in running meters);

- The  list of cutting (cutting of a profile taking into account corners and optimization);

- The production list (technical information for production the construction);

- Drawings the construction and fillings.

Concerning connection to the programme, and also concerning training in work with the programme to address the  local managers or in the central office (marketing and methodical department).
