TAD 117 Alu-wood window

it is durability, environmental friendliness, a noise isolation and thermal insulation. Consists of warm aluminum with the thermal-bridge of 54 mm and a wooden profile inside. A wooden profile consist of natural breeds of a tree: oak, pine, merant.

Aluminum profiles

are executed by extrusion of alloys of AlMgSi 0,5 F22 or AlMgSi 0,5 F25 according to DIN1725, DIN 1748 and DIN 17615. These alloys are steady against corrosion and allow to make profiles of high precision.

Thermal inserts (thermal-bridges)

Are made of polyamide 6.6 from 25% of the fiber glass. This material has low heat conductivity, guarantees high precision of the sizes and a form, durability and resistance to aging.

Sealer

Rubber (elastomeric) profiles are used for: consolidations of the glass unit , or sandwich- panels, consolidations of a middle part of a construction of a the window (the space between a frame and a shutter shares on two cameras for creation the thermal and sound barriers, and also for ensuring water drainage), and for consolidation the connection of the shutter with a frame. Physico-mechanical indicators of sealants - according to TU 2549-001-46603100-98 and TU 38.105.1082-86.

Accessories

For fastening of the window locking accessories the TAD 117 system assumes "a groove 16mm" - for the accessories applied in metal-plastic and wooden constructions.

Connection elements

Fasteners and the used accessories are manufactured of the corrosion-proof or protected from corrosion material.

Surface covering

Profiles of which windows and stained-glass windows are made, can be:

1) are painted by powder dyes according to GOST 9.410-88

2) are anodized: colorless and color anodizing

3) are decorated in a tree or a stone

Color of a covering- is determined by the customer by RAL scale. Other special colors are possible also. Covering thickness – depends on brand of dye and lies in the range of 60÷120 microns. The painted profiles are maintained in the drying camera at a temperature of 180 ~ 200 °C within 20 minutes.

Filling installation

Fillings in TAD 117 constructions: in a shutter from 49 to 73 mm thick, and in a frame – thickness of filling is from 49 to 63 mm.
