The design and technological development offered PKF "Talisman" - "TNF 03B" represents system of the ventilated facade fast-built hinged in relation to high-rise and frame, and traditional construction designs of housing, household and industrial sectors.
The basic option of system uses fixing of the bearing arms at end faces of overlappings of the building, with filling of an interfloor interval with integral vertical aluminum profile racks on two (or three-) the basic scheme of fastening, with a hinge plate of pieces of pair horizontal transom on them under installation and a finishing tile and a heater.
Two-basic scheme: - assumes a rigid jamming of the top site of an interfloor rack in the support extender; the lower - "floating", with possibility of free compensation of temperature expansion.
The three-basic - a rigid jamming of a median site of a rack (two-storeyed length) in the support extender; the top and lower sites - "floating".
Use of the profile extender:
- favourably reduces a range necessary (at various thickness of a heater) basic arms;
- increases reliability of knots of interface of profiles on "floating" sites;
- if necessary, simple increase in length of this profile, gives the chance, without changing the real range, to add missing rigidity of a basic rack at excess of peak loadings.
The facade contains two contours of facing which are based on the general bearing arms and remote from each other an interval of a ventilating gap + a heater:
- external (on racks 109020), holding a tile and a heater;
- internal (on racks 109029), under fastening of the internal protecting perimeter from a cement-chipboard plates (GKP; GVD; SML).
Windows have a separate subdesign of fastening on horizontal sites of overlappings, savekeep transfer of household local loadings on external facing a facade contour, executed from the combined profiles of the improved heatphysical characteristics (thermal-bridges of 34 mm).
It is resistant 109020, an external contour, two-half-internal:
- the top shelf under fastening of a transom of a tile 109027;
- the lower - for fastening of a windbarrier tubular clamps, and a transom of the heater 109026.
For the purpose of increase in the bearing ability of a facade, and installation simplification,transom in cavities of a venilatin gap are connected by self-tightening distanser 109D10.
Heater two-layer: 50 mm+100 (150; 200) mm. The first layer (50mm) directly is established on a regiment of a transom of the heater of the 109026, second (100; 150; 200) it is strung with overlapping, concerning the first, on cores of the expansion bolt shields which are previously inserted into a transom clamped from within by lock washers.
It is resistant 109029, an internal contour, aluminum T-shaped, connects rivets to the support extender through the thermoisolating D00050 lining on the profile holder 109D11. In prevention of corrosion with TsSP, on the adjacent shelf apply a selfadhesive of the polyethylen foam tape. Fastening of TsSP self-tapping screws, with a preliminary reaming of openings not less than 1,2 * diameter of the self-tapping screw .
Fastening the ceramic granit plates is made by self-tightening clip from D0904001 stainless steel in the direction of (clip), perpendicular to action of a wind (suction) that considerably exempts tightening knot of a clip from working loadings, and allows to create in conformity the demanded contact platforms of a abutment to reciprocal adjusting cavities of a transom.
The cnstruction of a transom (tile) allows facing of a facade panels of volume ceramics for what the last is mounted on a rack with turn 180 ° (on the front plane).
Facing:
- by composite panels is made on rack-mount rams 109D04;
- a natural stone - through longitudinal face pro-saws of plates under installation on mentioned above the clips for porcelain tile;
- also facing is supposed sheet material (external fixing), profile sun-protection, ventilating and finishing lamels.
Window slopes make of galvanized steel with a polymeric covering, and fix periodically on a contour of the supporting framework of a window opening on metal arms which flexible branches (with application of a rack 160C08 - through pro-saws in TsSP) put in seams of the brick wall finishing installation at its last technological stage.
All profiles and accessories given by the present catalog are allowed to be used in the mutual combination which isn't limited to the offered schemes of basic fastening on a separate binding to real objects, and carrying out the accompanying strength calculations.
