Profile system TPV-360 is designed for making partitions, stained glass Windows and doors with glazing bead, sliding balconies and Windows without thermal brake.
Windows D44 can be:
- single door;
- two-field;
- inward opening;

Windows can be embedded in any wall or façade using a special profile of the door frame or attached in a separate opening.
In the manufacture of Windows recommend you to use window hinges for the "Euro" standard hardware profiles.
The complexity of manufacturing Windows series TPV-360 is reduced through: use of standard connectors – inserts, leveling plates, simple operations of Assembly of corner joints "on the screws" or calking, installation of window hinges in "Euro" standard hardware does not require additional processing, the application of wedge gaskets, fittings under the "Euro"standard hardware.
Partitions TPV-360 can be:
- single glazing of 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, or not filling glass 10 mm;
- glazing glazing or infill 20 mm, 22 mm, 24 mm;

Filling in the partition TPV-360 fixed by means of EPDM-seals the bead.

Aluminium profiles series TPV-36 are pressed from the alloy AlMgSi 0,5 (6060, 6063) and in accordance with DIN EN 573. This alloy is resistant to corrosion and allows to produce high precision profiles to DIN EN 755. Profiles sizes can vary within tolerances on dimensions and thicknesses in accordance with the requirements of DSTU B V. 2.6.-3-95 ( GOST22233 ), UNI 3879, DIN EN 755 AND DIN 17615.
Coating aluminum profiles powder paint with a minimum thickness of 70 microns on all visible surfaces, in accordance with the international scale RAL colors or special colors. The coating is applied electrostatically to the polymerization at a temperature of 160-200 ° C. Preliminary surface preparation of aluminum profiles prior to coating, chroming, or anodizing - coating the oxide layer with a thickness of 6 μm by electrochemical – EN. ACS.6. Seals – elastomer profiles are used for sealing: glass, sandwich panels, joints of the door leaf with box, to create a thermal and sound barriers, to seal against ingress of moisture from outside. The material of EPDM or porous EPDM. The seals retain their properties in the environment of air under all types of atmospheric effects in the temperature range of not narrower than -30 to +60 deg C.
Hardware – oriented profiles made in the doors "Euro" standard hardware – this allows you to use high-quality fittings from leading European companies for this type of doors.
Fasteners must be of stainless material.
The dimensions of the cutting of aluminum profiles listed in the catalogue are theoretically exact. The recommended tolerance for frame elements +0.5 mm, for sash -0,5 mm.
Contiguity – the joints of the finished structures with openings are not required. They can be considered as typical solutions for the problem of the installation of structures.
In determining the size of openings should consider the following factors: wind pressure in the room, the moments of inertia of the profiles, the dimensions and the weight of the glass or fill, the dimensions of the opening of the valves, the bearing capacity of the accessories, the type and number of fixings to the supporting structures.
The estimated ambient temperature is determined according to SNiP 2.01.01-82 "Construction climatology and Geophysics".
