Profile system D 40 is used for the manufacture of the inner beat of peregorodok and hinged doors a wide range of applications without thermal brake.

Doors can be:
- single door;
- two-field;
- inward opening;
- opening outward;
- bead;
- no beat (single door only);
- single glazing 4 mm or 6 mm;
- with glass 24mm;
- with a threshold or without a threshold;
- balcony (with swing-out fittings).

Door leaf thickness - 40 mm.

The padding thickness of 4 mm, 6 mm or 24 mm is pressed using self-adhesive seals to the blade or transom-bar door by means of special clamping glazing beads. Between the bead and filling the wedge-shaped gasket is installed.

Swing doors are manufactured from profiles with "Euro" standard hardware for Sobinco hardware, Roto, Siegenia, Savio, Fapim, Stublina, KinLong, etc.

Doors can be embedded in any wall or façade using a special profile of the door frame or attached in a separate opening.

Using rotary-folding accessories, you can make a "window" of door profiles or balcony door.
In the manufacturing of doors we recommend to use door hinges for the "Euro" standard hardware profiles (such as Sobinco series 2800).

The complexity of manufacturing of doors series D 40 decreased by: use of standard connectors – inserts, leveling plates, simple operations of Assembly of corner joints "on the screws", installation of door hinges in "Euro" standard hardware does not require additional processing, the use of self-adhesive and wedge gaskets.

Profiles of aluminium D 40 are pressed from the alloy AlMgSi 0,5 (6060, 6063) and in accordance with DIN EN 573. This alloy is resistant to corrosion and allows to produce high precision profiles to DIN EN 755.
Profiles sizes can vary within tolerances on dimensions and thicknesses in accordance with the requirements of DSTU B V. 2.6.-3-95 ( GOST22233 ), UNI 3879, DIN EN 755 AND DIN 17615.

Coate aluminium profiles – powdered enamel with a minimum thickness of 70 microns on all visible surfaces, in accordance with the international scale RAL colors or special colors. The coating is applied electrostatically to the polymerization at a temperature of 160-200 ° C.

Preliminary surface preparation of aluminium profiles prior to coating, chroming, or anodizing - coating the oxide layer with a thickness of 6 μm by electrochemical – EN. ACS.6.
Possible colorless anodizing – An.ACS.21, or other colours to order.

Seals – elastomer profiles are used for sealing: glass, sandwich panels, joints of the door leaf with box, to create a thermal and sound barriers, to seal against ingress of moisture from outside. The material of EPDM or porous EPDM. The seals retain their properties in the environment of air under all types of atmospheric effects in the temperature range of not narrower than -30 to +60 deg C.
