The wide circulation of a structural glazing of facades as realization of architectural idea of "a continuous or integrated window" stimulated different emergence of ways of fastening of glass.

Among the most widespread of them: - the rigid metal, framing glass covers, and, appeared later, dot screw (motionless and self-established) the holders fixing glass through angular openings on the bearing arms - "spiders".

The offered development of firm - system of TSTK is the flexible universal option allowing application both for pointed fastening the glass-units, and in traditional aluminum systems of rack-mount and transom type (T50,T48).

Basic knot of system - the holder, unites interbutt type of fastening of glass with ample opportunities (+/-25 ˚) hinged self-installation.

Advantages of a similar combination:

• essential reduction of quantity of the applied glassholder;
• reduction of cost of production of the glass units (need of angular openings disappears);
• simplification of the installation, in view of transfer the places of fastening in an extended interbutt zone of provision of the glass units;
• compensation of possible errors of the production and installation because of presence of the mobile hinge;
• possibility of use at an inclined and angular glazing of buildings;
• considerable reduction of the bending loads of the glass unit from its weight component (loading is transferred to an end face, closely approaching this power scheme of a "spider" glazing to type of usual transom systems).

In application to binding systems, the holder of TSTK is mounted on vertical racks, functionally carrying out the transome role, visually exempting the glazing plane from presence of necessary earlier horizontal crossing points, than also simplifies design, production and installation of constuctions.

The system of TSTK is functionally universal in ability of fixing of objects of various geometry one, limited set of the entering details.

Variants of the applied glassholder:

• the basic interbutt, holding the glass unit (glass) at the edges;
• the intermediate, compensating wind loadings and fixing glass from within in its middle part;
• traditional, fixing glass through openings;
• the adjunction  holds glass on a basic contour of an aperture of the building, fixed by anchors and serving, if necessary, as support of guy extensions.

The last are, an additional element of system, and are applied in case of increased requirements to safety of the construction of the facade. The buildings which are rigidly connected to frame part, they functionally represent the modified minimized element of traditional cover entered into an interbutt interval of the glass unit windows and pressurized by silicone.

In extreme situations splinters of glass can keep on extended vertical seams of the facade.

The established seam width - 23 mm.

Filling thickness range:   8... 42 mm - at an unary glazing

                                             24... 42 mm - for the glass unit

The holder's material - stainless steel

Finishing - on request of the customer (various colors and the invoice)

Filling of interbutt space of double-glazed windows:

     outside - silicone sealant ("OTTO CHEMIE", "DOW CORNING", "GE BAUER SILICONES", "SIKA"),

     inside - пенополиэтилен (at glass thickness>gt; 20 mm) + a sealing cord (EPDM, at a thickness > 10 mm).

Kinds of fastening of the glass:

     o hidden, in interbutt space;

     o external slips (round disks from stainless steel or rectangular, crosswise, etc. slips from painted aluminium profile)

It should be noted that the offered system provides use in it and elements of traditional spider fastening through angular openings of the glass units.
