Profiles of the FOM series are intended for production opened outside of vertical and dormer-windows of airing and smoke removal for premises and public buildings.
The box has the landing size of 33,5 mm for installation of a window in front system of the T50F profiles or in any other facade with an external clamping level. The shutter in connection with a clamping level of a window has overall dimension of depth of 87,1 mm.
Distinctive feature of a window is coincidence of the external planes of double-glazed windows of a window and a facade.
The basis of a series is made by the combined profiles consisting of two aluminum shapes connected among themselves by means of two thermoinserts 24 mm wide from the polyamide reinforced by fiber glass.
Filling of a window is provided the from 18 to 24 mm thick.
The corner of opening of a window is limited from 20 to 45 °.
The window has to be located vertically.
During rainfall on the street the window has to be closed.
FOM aluminum series profiles are pressed from an alloy of AlMgSi 0,5 (6060) according to DIN EN 573. This alloy is steady against corrosion and allows to make profiles of high precision according to DIN EN 755.
Thermoinserts are made of polyamide 6.6 from 25% of fiber glass, this material has low heat conductivity, guarantees high precision of the sizes and a form, durability and resistance to aging.
Sealant – elastomeric profiles are used for consolidation: double-glazed windows, connection of a shutter with a box, for creation of thermal and sound barriers (the space between a box and a shutter shares on two cameras), for sealing from moisture hit outside. Material – EPDM.
The accessories – are focused on the "eurogroove" executed in a shutter and a distance of 17 mm between a box and a shutter in an installation site of accessories are allow to apply qualitative accessories to windows of the Belgian firm "Sobinco" of this kind and English firm "Securistyle". Selection of accessories and check of its working capacity according to drawings of a window is made for a window directly in these firms.
Fasteners - only from corrosion-proof material.
