Systems of the ventilated facades are applied to external warming and facing the walls of the housing and civil constructions and buildings.
The hinged ventilated facades are highly effective two-level construction and physical systems for isolation from a wind and a rain. The inhabited and construction moisture which is present at cases of buildings is removed in a zone of ventilation and is removed.
Thusbecause of the available thermal insulation heatlosses decrease. Facing material of hinged ventfasad represents effective protection against bad weather, at the same time protecting from mechanical influences.
At a summer heat-shielding ventilation of a ventfasad prevents high thermal loading of external walls. Besides, protection of the general bearing constuction against fluctuations of external temperature garanted.
The hinged ventilated facades represent compound constructive system which includes obligatory elements: thermal insulation, the bearing designs, fasteners, air space, a facing layer.
The bearing designs are intended for transfer of loadings of weight of facing materials and wind loadings to directly external walls of buildings. They are executed in the form of consoles from the aluminium profiles. Consoles fasten to walls of buildings by brace façade spiral dowel.
Each console has to be fixed by at least two fasteners. Thus only one of them fixed, the others - sliding. The sliding fastening, creating mobile connection, it is necessary for compensation of the linear deformations of the bearing profile arising because of differences of temperatures of external air.
